I entered and no one greeted me or asked me to wait. The staff was rude and I will not be returning. If you want to be treated with respect, you should also show respect to your customers.

Popped in here yesterday me and my friend have a bacon bap and lattes. staff was friendly and brought the food and drinks over to us. 10/10 for the food and drink will certainly call in again next time were in the area.

I love going to the Pound Bakery and sitting outside on the benches with my mates. I'm new to the area and have met a lot of local people sat around here. The staff are very friendly too. They are always smiling, laughing and happy to help. The food is always warm and cooked perfectly. They sell sausage rolls, bakes, paninis, sandwiches, salads, cheese on toast and breakfast rolls in the morning.

I had a bad experience at the Birkenhead precinct shop where I felt like I was overcharged for my purchase. I bought 1 sausage roll for £2, 2 pasties for £1 each, and 3 baguettes for £1.25 each. The total should have been £7.75, but I was told it was £8. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff member, she insisted that she was right, even though she couldn't add up properly. It may only be 25p, but it's my money and I don't appreciate being shortchanged. I won't be returning to this shop and they have lost a customer due to this disrespectful treatment of their customers. Shame on that staff member for her behavior.

I like to come to this restaurant for lunch and get 2 sausage rolls for a pound. It's the best place to get hot food when you're low on money. This place is a big help for me and others who are dealing with homelessness or addiction issues. The food tastes pretty good for the price as well.
