Apparently they waited for my donut, got home everything was stone cold apart from donut. back in denied it was warmed, but that was just a little warm. I think my eating was good that they got donut, even looked like roadkill. they offered a replacement, but I just refused to do so incase. but I got at least salvage my mcflurry and milkshake
I thought it was very dirty where I was sitting and my burger was freezing! at least my koks was nice! also the server I had was very atmospheric and mean
Recent reviews say it all, not that McDonalds will actually care. The McDonalds in Liscard is in desperate need of staff and management that are capable or actually care about customers. In 4 orders I’ve placed here the food is always stone cold and missing items. Last order had the appearance of sitting under a heat lamp for hours and was served to me in such a solid and squashed state that eating it would have required power tools and a jaw replacement. Expectations for McDonalds food are already low, but forgiven for the convenience and reasonable prices (but even the price is questionable and the £3.99 delivery fee laughable) but at the very least food should be warm and edible. Don’t order using their app, as you just get fobbed off and told to contact UberEats who routinely refuse refunds. Long story short, 4 orders, 4 attempts and all of them awful. Other McDonalds can get this right, so I can confidently say that Liscard branch just doesn’t care about standards or customers.
Absolutely sick of this place. They never get the order rite and the food is always ****. I only keep ordering from ere cos the kids love a McDs. You've just renovated the place to cater better for delivery and it's still horrible. What's going on? The prices are through the roof as it is so at least got it rite. Get a different job if you can't be bothered. Sloppy cold hash browns, discoloured rubbery eggs and pattys missing off the muffins. Everything was cold.
I have been a loyal customer at the Liscard, Wallsey branch of this restaurant for over 20 years, visiting 3 or 4 times a week and also getting deliveries. After a recent refurbishment, I visited the branch for the first time since it reopened and was disappointed to find that most of the downstairs seating had been removed. This forced customers to sit upstairs, which was not accessible to me as an 80-year-old. With no available tables downstairs, I had to leave without having lunch. It is frustrating to see such a change that may also inconvenience others, like mothers with strollers. I am now forced to find another place to spend my money. This decision seems like a mistake on the part of the restaurant.
