Wanted to go to dinner with my daughter at 17.20. I went to the local where a service sat and was busy with two phones.lch said friendly good evening and asked if we could sit. I called her outside and we left. All this could have been said more kindly and I don't think all the tables were reserved for 5:30 at the same time. I've been going since there's Bruno there often and regularly. But under these unfriendly conditions this one particular service no longer.

The Ristorante Da Bruno is located in the furniture store Neust, so you can look directly from the restaurant into the bedroom department. The restaurant is relatively large and has somehow a light canteen character. From the terrace you look directly at parked cars and an industrial area, so that this does not animate to a relaxed and possibly extended stay. Unfortunately, my last visit there was also quite a disappointment. Although enough service personnel were present, first I completely forgot my order and after the second order I waited another half an hour. Actually, I went there because lunch table is offered and that should actually be a way for professionals to get a complete meal relatively quickly. All in all, I spent over an hour there and then the quality of the food was unfortunately very moderate. In the past, one could eat quite well there, but due to a change of the owner (Bruno is unfortunately deceased) something has changed negatively. Update from 04.02.2010: I was with Bruno again today because I met with some acquaintances who wanted to go there. I had a third star now, because today I couldn't complain about the food and the service was friendly. It would gradually be time for a small renovation, because overall the interior has come into the years and unmodern. If the service, which sometimes seems somewhat uncoordinated, would be even better organized, I see quite positive potential.

Stark begonnen vor zig Jahren und enorm nachgelassen bis auf den heutigen Stand. Der Service ist total distanziert und eher von oben herab als beim Kunden. Man wird am liebsten nur zur Aufnahme der Bestellung, zum Austeilen der Bestellung und zum Zahlen aufgesucht. Das Essen nicht mal im entferntesten typisch italienisch. Eher kommt es einem so vor als ob man den Deutschen alles vor die Nase setzen kann und sagen es ist italienische Küche, die wissen es ja nicht besser. Die Einrichtung durch den Sponsor Möbelhaus nebenan immer noch ansprechend und durchaus stilvoll. Für das Essen aber bitte nicht mehr sein Geld dort lassen, solange nicht der Service und die Qualität eine Kehrtwende machen.

Ganz schlimm. Man sitzt ewig bis man bedient wird und wenn man fragt bekommt man vorgezeichnet wann man das essen bestellt wird, dann lacht einen die Bedienung aus. Nie wieder, wir haben das selbe schon zweimal hier erlebt und gehen sicher nie wieder her. Aber offensichtlich kann man es sich erlauben.
