Great way to deal with negative customer feedback. My pizza was a bit burnt and I was immediately offered a new one.

The pizzas are good, but very minimalistic with the toppings. I ordered a corn pizza and it had like three pieces of corn on it per slice and it's super expensive for how minimalistic it is.

Love that Dieci offers a vegan cheese option. As the other reviews mention already though, I agree with the fact that the vegan cheese is not the best. However with lots of veggies it makes up for it and still tastes great.

While it's nice to have the option, their cheese didn't fully convince me. I would not recommend the pizza margherita, where it is the main ingredient, but it was doing better in the pizza giardino, where it mainly added texture. You'll have to try yourself if you prefer this cheese or a cheese-less pizza.
