Casinotheater Winterthur

The restaurant is only a few minutes walk from the main station, is spacious and well aired. The food is expertly cooked and prepared. Not too much salt :-) The daily menu is particularly good value. Service prompt and friendly.

We came just for some drinks during the morning. Service was very friendly and attentive. Coffee and cappuccini tasted great.

Very good food, excellent choice, very well cooked. Professional and discreet service - also wonderful! If you can sit outside in summer, it's even better.

The unique Casinotheater surprises not only with Comedians from all German speaking European countries on stage but also with its variety of genuine Swiss and carefully prepared internatioanl dishes. The splendid garden restaurant under shadowing trees in the heart of the busy old town turns light summer menues into a delight. Inside the seasonal menues accompanied by professionally selected wines served by a young and attentive staff aks to be topped with a nice drink at the nearby bar.

We were looking for a restaurant to celebrate our wedding and found the Casinotheater. As we didn't know it before, we ate there twice and both times the food was great! The meals also have been very nicely arranged on the plates and the service was very nice. For dessert try the halfbaken chocolate cake, delicious! And yeah, we had our dinner and party there (in the separate banquet hall) and we and also our guests have been very happy!
