Horribler customer service. In a long line for 15 minutes, just to let them tell us in the register that they don't eat anymore. I helped them by announcing this on the long line, so everyone did not waste their day in line for nothing. If you re a cyclic, I recommend that you have coffee and lunch in the Starbucks in Winters. The service is much better and they even have a bicycle repair stand with a pump and tools.

First of all I would like to commend the gal who kept a very calm level level head while being berated by a sour rude customer. You guys were short staffed but still doing a great job. I love love love the bagels and lox! I always recommend steady Eddie?s for anyone looking for coffee and a bite to eat ?
