The food is excellent, great takeout. As for dining in, the place needs a makeover. Just being honest

Hadn't been here in years, actually forgot it was here. Being New Year's Day nothing is open, except Chinese, so we checked it out. The owner greeted us and promised the best Chinese food in town! And he was correct. Good food, all was very fresh made to order. Also the only Chinese food in Winters.

Best won ton soup in town especially on these cold days

We received an order of Egg Foo Young last night here in Montana. Our kids in Winters sent us this absolutely best foo young ever! I dream of the day we can travel again and go to Ocean for a full dinner. It is the Best!

We made a trip from Napa to go to our favorite restaurant. We ate off the lunch menu Almond Chicken with black bean sauce and General's Beef . Took out for home . Sweet and Sour Pork, Pork Egg Foo Young, Mongolian Beef, General Beef , won ton crunchies , Hot and Sour soup. And leftovers from lunch. Our Christmas present to us. All that food was only $94 dollars. Without Tip. Its our favorite and its always Fresh . We highly recommend sister Diane and brother David run the front. Its like being with family . Thanks for the great food!!
