The Peak Bistro And Brewery

The food here is excellent! I tried the wood-fired BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Corn Jalapeno Fritte, both of which were delightful. They offer an impressive selection of beers, and it's the only place we've found with a variety of dark options. The owner, Sam, was incredibly nice and ensured everything was perfect. The head bartender, Spot On, was fantastic as well; she managed to keep track of everything even when it was busy.

We dined on the lovely outdoor deck, and the experience was truly delightful. The only thing that exceeded the deliciousness of the food was our server, Madison! She was incredibly attentive and even brought a bucket of water for our dog.

After a morning of fat biking at the nearby YMCA, my wife and I stopped by for lunch in the Rockies. The burger was a bit pricey, but it was absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying peanut butter on a burger, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere really felt like a college bar, and I thought the flags hanging from the ceiling were a nice touch. I’ll definitely be back when I'm in Winter Park!

Great beers and good food. The appetizers were very good.... especially loved the Jalapeno Fritte. Burgers with Jalapeno bacon were great.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and beer (Elk Bugle) both were excellant...nice, interactive staff.
