Mynt - Winter Park

Overall, I was disappointed. The service was sluggish and although the staff was friendly, they were slow. The food was mediocre at best. I requested my dish to be mild, but it ended up being just as spicy as my husband's "medium" option.

A few years ago, I had an amazing experience at Mynt. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The food was just average and lacked flavor. The okra was chewy and tough, while the eggplant skin was hard to eat. The chicken curry had no curry flavor at all. The service was excellent, but I wish the food had been better. The restaurant no longer has an Indian ambiance, as they have changed the decoration and music. There are no beautiful Indian colors or elephants to be seen, and the overall atmosphere is lacking. I am not sure if I will return to Mynt in the future.

Excellent service and food. Water glasses were never left empty (perhaps aggressively so, but that's better than the alternative). When someone had a question about a menu item, our server kindly explained. Meals came out in a timely way, and we didn't feel rushed.

The place lacks any esthetics as far as decor. It’s a small restaurant with limited seating downstairs. There is an upstairs that is larger and esthetically pleasing. Last night there was a private party so we had to sit downstairs. Service was great considering how busy they were. Food was hot and delicious.

Great food, outstanding service! This place is our go-to. Highly reccommended.
