Przekaż informację zwrotnąGo through. I just checked if the food I ordered was in the bag. I didn't think I had to check every food item to make sure it wasn't as heavy as a stone or burned! Waste of time and gas!! Then tried to call and inform what I got and they don't answer the phone just pick up and hang up!
Filthy restaurant, including bathroom, floors, tables and drinks counters. Never met such a dirty BK!!! Don't come back soon. On a positive note, the food was freshly cooked, although I had to wait a bit to get it.
The terrible service... I order online in the parking lot then I clicked I am here so that the order was ready as servi-car also order something in place and literally had to wait 41 min... People came by personally and by servi-car and I stayed there without food... when I asked for my money back, they refused to give it to me because there was an online order... After all the waiting time, they gave me a wrong order... I confronted her about the order and they say it was... It was a wrong order. They didn't even have the status, a customer satisfaction dessert.... Therefore only 1 star, but they don't deserve stars at all. Also I ended up with cold pommes naturally after the long wait, which I could expect. Overall, go to any other BK, so you don't have a bad experience. Day of incident was on 03/29/19 at 9:30-10:15
My son and I went through the drive-thru and he wanted to order a **** with his food, but it was said that the machine was down. We got our order and decided that we would eat instead, so let's go in to find that the slurry machine in the beverage sector just worked well. It's sad that they don't just get their drink out of the lobby instead of telling us it doesn't work. When we sat and ate our food, we saw that one of the employees changed a syrup box from the soda machine and completely ignored how dirty the outside of the machine was. I waited to see if she would come back to clean it, but she never did. This situation was very disappointing.
Just leaving Burger King without food. We pulled up and thought it was closed because there were hardly any cars and no cars in the drive through. We can tell you why. We pulled up and kept trying get someone?s attention. No answer. We pulled up to the windows and we couldn?t see ANYONE behind the counter but the window was open and we could see one customer so we knew it was opened!! Finally someone showed up at the window and rudely asked what we wanted. We explained that no one answered at the monitor. She said ?my headphone must have not been charged?. No apology and then she proceeded to tell us we needed to pull around again to order!! What?! We can?t just order at the window now. Needless to say we left!
