Burger King - Winter Park

I come to this place, the food is always cold. I hate that! I pay the same price as all the others at any other Burger King location. The food should be hot and fresh. If you're asking for fresh advertising to be hot, they'll be upset. When I visited, I ordered two double cheeseburgers, 8PC chicken nuggets, medium onion rings and medium frits. There was only one car in front of me and when I had moved around to the window, this car already moved off with her order. When I got into the window, my order was already sacked and waited and I hadn't even paid. I knew that was a bad sign. When I examined my order, the pommes, onion rings and nuggets were hard and cold!! One of the burgers had no pickles on it and the other. This is unacceptable! I never have this problem with Wendy's or McDonalds, especially during lunch.

I will say the employees are super ! Polite, helpful , and just plain nice! My order is almost always correct. The fries could be fresher at times. The issue is, the ice cream machine for shakes is down too often.

I've had this Burger King twice, and both times, it reminded me why I never go to Burger King. Food ranges from poor to inedible, and if you're lucky, you might even get the items you ordered! The food in the pictures looks pretty gross, right? Looks like it's been sitting out all day long? Those are mozzarella sticks. Especially shocking considering that I ordered jalapeño cheddar bites. The nuggets were much the same ice cold despite ordering them 10 minutes ago. At least the whopper was warm! Glad to know the microwave is working. I sincerely have no idea whatsoever how this place is still open.

How doesn?t love BK? I?ve been eating here for years! The restaurant is almost always clean. The food is pretty tasty. I?m a fan of the veggie burger they have here! It has a good flavor. Pair that with some fries, and you have a good meal! The staff are friendly and helpful.

This burger King gets 4 stars for getting it right. Keep up the good work and let's make it better
