Oh my wife was inside while I waited for her and the umbrella area outside with my dog, it took her almost 30 minutes to get a small cold Frappuccino, the people were friendly, and they were doing their best, but the drive-through line was moving very slow, and I feel they were serving them more than they were serving the counter there were several other customers, and they were not pleased. Either, we need to speed things up. Thank you.
They have the Frappuccino and cold brew drinks turned off on their mobile order. Some days it’s other drinks, but it’s always something out of order. All because they don’t have heavy cream to make the cold foam and whipped cream. Send someone to the grocery store to buy it. Or use a delivery service. It’s pure laziness to simply turn off mobile orders and not make an effort to get the ingredients. Hopefully district manager or someone from corporate steps in to correct this because this store is definitely losing out on a lot of and causing a lot of unhappy, Starbucks customers.
It is very disappointing that my drinks form here consistently taste bad.An americano is easy to make but these baristas are not trained properly and they (90% of the time don’t use the correct amount of espresso shots.
This location is a JOKE. Zero customer service. Lazy and combative employees. Dirty store. 6 people working but somehow took 30minutes to finally get taken care of. ABIGAIL THREW WATER AT ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A NITRO LID. Jalin the supervisor argued, patronized, and taunted me for 5 minutes instead of apologizing- he called it rectifying. After I demanded he stop jerking me around and issue my refund, he did not know how to and turned to ASK THE REAL SUPERVISOR. Also a girl employee that was pretending to work by flapping a trash bag in the air every 2mins to fake take care of trash, leaned against the counter- watching, laughing, and talking **** on the headset to the staff about the conversation I was being put through. Every single staff member besides Deanna, the real supervisor that finally assisted me, needs to be re- evaluated and trained, or fired. Starbucks culture is not exhibited here. This staff lacks the ethics and morals that Starbucks claims to stand by. Zero integrity in any of the crew that worked on 7/09 3:50pm-4:20pm. Corporate will be doing a massive investigation- I have already created the reports. I have a meeting with the district tomorrow. This store will face repercussions for their outrageous behavior.
