Pizza Hut - Winter Haven

Usually very friendly and happy employees. But on my visit on 9/10/20 was less than pleasant because of the attitude of the employee helping me. 5 stars for the food and speed of order completion though!

I ordered no contact pick up, but when I got there my text wouldn 't send so I called. The young man that answered said that I needed to come inside to get my food. I told him that I ordered no contact pick up and he said that they don 't do that. When I told him it says right on the window that you do, then he hung up on me. I tried top call again and was immediately put on hold. I was the only customer in the parking lot and they had 4 employees inside and not one of them came out to assist me. I went inside and asked why they hung up on me. They gave no answer. I told them that this is terrible customer service and when I pointed out the fact that they had NO customers and there were 4 workers that could have brought it out top me. There response was, well only three of us are still on the clock . I love your pizza but I really hate going to this location, they often get the orders wrong, they are not friendly or helpful. I wish you would get new staff or at least train them bett

Too expensive and I didn't get my breadsticks and the pasta was cold

The worst Pizza Hut pizza I?ve ever had! Hardly any sauce, hardly any cheese. There was 2? of crust around the outside with just a smear of sauce.

This Pizza Hut has great pizza and friendly staff. We?ve used them for carryout and delivery and have had good experience. My only complaint is that the poor manager lady who runs the store is by herself during lunch and she seems overwhelmed. She does good though every time my family orders in. Wish it was a dine-in location but those seem to be dwindling. The young manager named Shat has been helpful too, he helped carry orders to the car for my 86 year old grandma when she orders for her card playing friends group. (by the way call way ahead if you are going to order more than 4 pizzas in one order to give them a good time to make it) I like this Pizza Hut better than the one back home in Redding, California. Dominos literally tastes like cardboard and Papa John?s makes my stomach upset. My daughter loves the ?book-it? literacy program that Pizza Hut promotes, she gets her personal pan cheese pizza and it is her favorite.
