Mcdonald's - Winter Haven

Edit: 12/26/16 Change the rating of this store as they have improved 100 percent! Service times are away from the tank, customer service has also improved. The staff they now work is sooo much more friendly and much more helpful than what it was compared last year!!! Great work when turning around the shop for the better I don't know if it is because they are from the winter paradise city boundaries and Auburndale area they are cheaper in the prices for one and that the quality of the food has become better. But hey I am lovin it!!! _____________________ October 2015 Sad to say, but fair is about everything I can give this place (Wait not I can go badly instead of physical assessment), I have reported security problems and was ignored about how I don't know what I'm talking about.... I know in fact what I'm talking about that she worked for McD;s and my brother was a manager was a corp in IL, so yes I know the guidelines.... I have even shown pictures of the problems in concern, come when on the post there is board that is on the drive 1, there was an exception over a female there it was as if she wore it as a joke!!! JOKE is this place and waiting times are evil on the ride thru, only one or two employees with which I had interactions are really friendly and can be over the long waiting times others are waaaaaaaay out there to say the best of the... Doesn't it have good to complain if it falls on the ears of death, wishing corpse would come in here!! Because their DEATH EARS was for the fact that it was as if they were all dead and DEATH they were because they could not deal with someone who points to the mistakes PS if you don't like how I write a review that interests me...

My experience was great! The manager at the service was great to help me solve a problem with my childcare children and happy meals. I don't remember her name, but it was today at 3:00. Happy Holidays Manager.... give her an increase! (Updated.... Customer service went down and orders are never correct)

Fast food restaurants are not cheap as they used to. Although McDonald was the fastest and still serves fresh and tasty dishes. Good work. It!
