Kfc - Winter Haven

We ordered Classic Chicken sandwiches, they were very tender and good! One customer dropped a whole tray of food on the floor. KFC was quick to replace her large order with another free of charge.

You definitely don't need napkins because it's finger licking GOOD !

THE PERSON AT THE DRIVE THRU WAS VERY RUDE, HE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM!!!

When I came in to the restaurant nobody said nothing even good morning or welcome nothing they looks like angry persons or bad mood but I think when you go to a restaurant the servers or the employees treat the costumers happy and like a family with a good smile so this isn’t happens today with me im a client that visit the restaurant couples day in a week but now I preffered to visit other KFC because today my impression was soo disgusting

The fries were stale, the biscuit was so stale and hard and the chicken was not cooked all the way I could see the pink still. The workers gave us an attitude when we wanted to order because apparently we could only order on the kiosk. We waited 30+ minutes, the workers where just standing there doing nothing, they didn’t even get the right order. The soda was the only good thing. I would never come back.
