The Break Room - Winter Garden

The break room was awesome!!! It was truly a great experience we deff recommend and the game master Josh was also awesome!!!

Discovered this place by chance, loved it. Spacious, neat, quiet, and staffs are friendly, drinks are delicious. Wall plugins are available so it is a good place to do work too. Most importantly, part of their profits are going to good causes and charity which is awesome!!

I had my first visit to this restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's a lovely space, and I appreciated its connection to a church. I sensed that it has a strong family-friendly vibe, which I loved. It was also great to see their outreach initiatives promoting ways to donate or volunteer if you're interested. Overall, I would definitely return!

First, The BreakRoom does not offer Wi-Fi for customers — not even free access. I believe that free Wi-Fi should be a basic offering for any coffee shop, especially since part of their branding emphasizes community interaction. However, I got the impression that they encourage patrons to engage with one another rather than their phones, based on the vibe and branding of the place. But I digress. Another point worth mentioning is that The BreakRoom is part of the Crucifixion Church and shares a space in a plaza. For about 20 minutes, the church's daycare center had a group of children who were quite loud, and the coffee shop quickly filled up with noisy kids and parents chatting. It was somewhat distracting. On a smaller note, The BreakRoom does provide a variety of seating options, which is great; however, most of the tables have metal chairs with a bamboo-like material. (Forgive me if that’s incorrect; I’m not well-versed in interior design, haha.) The downside is that after about 30 minutes, my thighs and lower back started to feel uncomfortable. Overall, I do like The BreakRoom as a coffee shop, but I wouldn’t choose it again for a work session. It’s better suited for meeting up with friends and enjoying a coffee, which seems to be their main intention. I’m not trying to promote the business, but I just wanted to share a review that offers a different, more detailed perspective.

What a fantastic concept! You can choose how much to contribute for your coffee and pastries, and the proceeds go to charity. The space is spacious and very child-friendly, featuring a large, enclosed outdoor area where kids can run around while adults can sit back and relax with their coffee. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to all parents with young children. We can't wait to bring our little ones back here!
