Been having some disappointing service. This is an exclusively take out location... They are often behind schedule, 30-60 min over.... Even if you place a scheduled pickup order several hours ahead of time. This is unsatisfactory service. Especially ifthe entire business model is takeout. Great to go Chinese food. Family meals are good.

We waited a few months after they opened to hopefully have a great first experience. It was honestly just ok. I would give 2 stars for our experience and am giving them 3 only because they?ve been open a short time and I?d like to think our experiencewill be better when they?re more established. I ordered several hours in advance for a 6:45 on pickup. I arrived at 6:57 andhad to wait a few minutes as it was still in progress. It wasn?t a long wait, but I was surprised since it had been ordered farin advance, that they weren?t able to have it ready and waiting on time. Upon arriving home we noted that the quantity of twosignature sauce trios that I ordered were not included in the order. Disappointing. Not egregious, but we did order them, we didexpect to use them for our food, and they were left off. Two of the entrees I ordered I paid $4 extra for each to have lo meinsubbed as the side instead of plain rice. We were very disappointed to see that by lo mein they meant plain noodles. I wasexpecting vegetables in with the noodles. That?s a very pricey substitution for plain pasta that?s been dredged in soy sauce. Tospend $8 for two sides of these noodles felt like a complete rip-off and disappointment. It would make more sense to take thefree side of rice and spend a couple dollars more for the lo mein entree. At $20 and $21 for our honey chicken and beef andbroccoli with lo mein, we felt that there wasn?t enough of the main entree for the price in addition to the sad lo meinsituation. We also wanted to order lettuce cups and during checkout I received a message that they weren?t currently available.Overall I would say that this was a solid 2-2.5 star experience. As mentioned, I?m only giving them the extra bump to 3 becausethey?re still somewhat new, but we?ll be wary to order there again. Over $60 for a weeknight meal to be not ready on time andhave several disappointments just isn?t worthwhile.

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. However, the highlight of our experience was Ricky. He ensured that our meals were prepared just the way we requested and made sure everything was exactly to our liking. Based on the quality of service we received, I will definitely return and will be bringing family and friends along as well!

I found the online ordering process to be incredibly convenient, as my order was ready right when I arrived to pick it up. The manager was very friendly as well! I had a short wait time of just 45 minutes on a Saturday around 6 PM. I ordered the meal for two along with a kids' meal.

I can't thank Mitchell, the manager on duty, and the entire team at PFC enough. I'm currently in a nearby hospital, and they kindly delivered my order and even remade my food to ensure it was fresh for when I finally get to see my son and husband for the first time in days. This gesture of kindness came at just the right moment, especially since today has been quite challenging for our family. The crew at PFC truly brightened our day and made it easier for us to spend some quality family time together. Thank you so much! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! We appreciate you all more than you can imagine!
