Checkers - Winter Garden

The cheese champ burger combo was very disappointing. The fries were soggy and smaller than expected, even though I ordered a large size.

The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was stale and unappetizing. I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. I would like a refund.

The Big Buford combo was amazing—exactly what I needed to start feeling better. They always deliver, and it arrives quickly and hot.

I didn’t have the best experience at Checker’s this time. I travel frequently and enjoy their food, but sometimes you encounter an inattentive or poorly trained staff. Unfortunately, that was the case today, and it seems like the manager wasn’t on top of things.

If it had been possible, I would have rated it a 2. They take one order at a time and serve it before taking another. We went after hearing good things about the restaurant, but I've never seen such a ridiculous way to run a business.
