McAlister's Deli - WinstonSalem

This place needs help! The manager/owner clearly has no idea what happens in this place. Register scanner didn't work again. (or the cashier has no notice every time) I was not able to use pts the last three times in this place or earn because they can scan?t. (No idea if they can eat it or not.) The cashier was so inconvenient that he gave me a reception. (I will add the meal myself at least.) 2pm are several employees, at least 6 dirty tables. I have no problem waiting for a meal, but 33 minutes for our food when 3 other orders (8 seats) have ordered to us have received their food before us. I finally had to ask for my food. That was wrong plated. I like McAlisters, but this place does not meet the usual standards for this chain.

I liked McAlister's deli it was exceptionally good the last time not sure why, but it was only exceptionally good if you delis McAlister's is the place to go.

The Broccoli cheddar soup, costing an extra $3 more than other sides, had a sour taste. I'm uncertain if it contains sour cream or not, which makes me hesitant to eat it. The tomato and cucumber salad side was disappointingly less than half full. The staff was friendly and there were no major issues.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches at this restaurant, despite it being empty. Additionally, the potato salad we ordered had no lid and was extremely small in portion, resembling only two spoonfuls. When I questioned the staff about the portion size, I was informed that it measured 4 ounces. It was a disappointing experience to pay for a meal and receive such a small portion that did not even fill half the bowl. Overall, it felt like we were being ripped off. Not a good dining experience.

Bad experiences. Not just one, but Several! Manager and employees will avoid you, and make you wait 10-15 minutes, when, your order is Ready. But, only if you're a certain race. Prejudice. If they do this to your face, what do they do to your food?! Like I said, I've seen it several times. I'll NEVER buy anything from this place. Pay close attention while you're there.
