Taco Rico - Winston-Salem

Get the quesatacos/Birria tacos con consome! They are basically juicy slow-cooked beef tacos with melted cheese that you pair with a dippable 'soup '. Only sold on Fridays.

Stopped into this venue to do some taco reviews. This place was busy for being so early in the morning. The food came out quickly. The venue was awesome. Great artwork and some Mexican tunes playing which made the ambience. The tacos were amazing. The price was great. Highly recommend this place anytime if in the area.

I have found my new go-to taco spot! The tacos here are delicious, made with freshly handmade tortillas. The meat is always tender and bursting with flavor. The only downside is that the customer service could use some improvement, but the food more than makes up for it. I highly recommend trying the barbacoa tacos.

Without a doubt, this establishment serves the best tacos in the city. The tortillas are made by hand to order and there is a fantastic selection of tacos to choose from. You won't find anything better in Winston.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and the tacos I ordered tasted good, but the tortillas were cold. I waited for about 30 minutes expecting fresh tortillas for my tacos, but unfortunately they were not. I also ordered the tacos dorados, which also tasted good, but they did not have consome for them. Additionally, the presentation of the tacos and dorados was sloppy. The agua de jamaica was not sweet at all, which was disappointing as I don't usually drink overly sweet beverages, but this water had no sugar at all.
