Taco Bell - Winston-Salem

On Saturday 09/16 I was making deliveries and accepted an order for this location. Which I do not plan to return, its employees are very disrespectful. While I was waiting for the order they were behaving inappropriately and obscenely towards me. I hope you contact me as soon as possible Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can’t even give a star for food because I can’t count how many times I have drove off in the course of 5 years. Twice now they have a sign right by the order menu advertising a Freeze. I order the freeze and I am told they don’t sell those anymore. WHY IS THE SIGN STILL OUT THERE THEN?(Management) Today as I was ordering said freeze I have someone yell at me they don’t sell those when I’m staring at the sign. Another time I pull up and order a taco pack and the lady is screaming on the other end that she just told us they didn’t have any beef. No one had said a word since we pulled up and that’s the first thing that happens when we start ordering. No beef at a Taco Bell is like no chicken at KFC. I think it had more to do with they didn’t want to make any that night an hour before closing. I just have one questionIF YOU ALL DONT LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHY GET A JOB THAT DEALS WITH NOTHING BUT CUSTOMERS TO BEGIN WITH. Lose the **** poor attitudes when someone asks for something ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU STILL ADVERTISING IT.

Danielle the manager is rude as hell and refused to help when I told her EVERY TIME we go through there our food is messed up. I will be calling corporate. My rolled tacos were BURNT and my cinnamon crisps were literally broken tiny pieces and tasted like chemicals. Manager was extremely rude my order was messed up and she said no it wasn't when it clearly was everything tasted like pinesol and burnt charcoal taco had no meat on it what is the deal with that I'm not vegan nor did I order anything of that nature Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
