The food here is prepared with care so that flavors are distinct from one another. For example the scallions let you know that they are there to do a completely different job than the peas. Good food like this does not need to be insulted by cheap sauces to cover up bad cooking like others do. This place has it right. They are consistent with their recipes and cooking processes. From the scratch made noodles served with the egg drop soup to the crispy duck to the mongolian beef. They treat cooking as it should be; an art .

Best prices and hands down best Chinese in town. Service is always great, and the food is always top notch. I try to go as often as I can.

Haven’t eaten here in 20+ years. Met a co worker for lunch and it was amazing!!!! Will be going back very soon. Quick, quite and delicious!!!
