Moe's always delivers fast and reliable service no matter which location I visit. The addition of online ordering has made it even more convenient to enjoy their delicious food.

The service at this restaurant was fast, simple, and efficient. Although the staff were not exceptionally friendly, the food was delicious. The manager took the time to have a conversation with me and was pleasant and helpful in guiding me through the menu.

I used to frequent this place regularly, but recently they have consistently gotten my order wrong, left food out of the bag, and failed to include salad in the salads. In several instances, they did not fulfill online orders until customers inquired in person, resulting in long wait times. It has been a disappointing experience for the past six months. The "queso" sign above the food station is covered in dust, suggesting poor cleanliness throughout the entire space.

The rice was undercooked again, making the dish inedible. This is the second time this has happened and I had to return it for a refund. The first time, I tried to salvage the rice by adding water and cooking it longer. This time, I was frustrated that something as simple as rice couldn't be cooked properly. My partner ordered through the mobile app and even left a 20% tip! It was a waste of money. Have they ever tasted their food before serving it? I will never return to Moe's again. Zero stars.
