Mcdonald's - Winston-Salem

Being charged and not receiving it is always super frustrating. it does not seem to get order right, even if it is repeated. for large drinks and only given media. ask for a speckbiscuit with only speck, extra speck and there are cheese on it? it is not hard to listen when someone speaks or reads the screen with the ordering information about it. the people do not come there to give the employees simply what they feel, instead of actually giving customers what they demand. please, do it better.

It is probably the slowest mcdonald’s I was, and they don’t seem to care about their waiting period or the quality of their food. they stand there and ignore the presence of customers who are waiting to order or pay or simply ask for something. food: 3/5

I ordered the 10 chickensugget meal, got rid and 2 burger and asked for additional ketchup and they gave me 2. this is a stupid thing to say, but when and when they go there they make sure their order is correct and they check the bag for everything and make sure that they have ordered the extra of everything they have because if they don't, they don't give it to them.

I went in to order a double cheeseburger and a small fountain. kiosk for the order was closed. for my food ordered and paid. I wanted to drink the donator on my cup and found the area that is all sticky not to be cleansed. the floor was also sticky. the place was not busy, so I'm not sure why no one in the lobby is clean. this visit was on Monday, October 10, 2022 at 12:22.

Quick, yummy, fresh, no mistakes. But I can't believe the adult kids meal is 9.99$! And whats with the name... something about a cactus?
