Mcdonald's - Winston-Salem

Eating was as expected as the atmosphere. what impressed me was the speed! I came in a busy shopping center during the lunch hour on Sunday directly before Christmas. it was full! I had hardly paid and my order was ready! hooray! food: 5/5

Waited 1/2 hour in a long line. would have gone away, but caught in the line, not out. but best fish sandwich I've ever eaten at a mcdonald's and the workers were nice and hard working. they have to pay more and get more workers. manager nice. food: 5/5

If I could give this place zero stars, I would be sure. I ordered an ice cream with pralins and cream, and that's what I received. where is the coffee? I had this same problem several times at this place, while the on reynolda always seems to get it right. I'm just going to the hanes mall location because I'm working close, but in the future I'm going to ask for the coffee to be restored.

Update their hours online. I don't know when you close. their hours online say 24 hours. I am extremely annoyed to find out 2-3 times in the month when I have to work too late that their hours online shown are wrong. repair! I'm a single man working 70 hours a week and planning a pick-up dinner should be easy, but I often find myself to ram at midnight because they lied about their hours. repair!

The manager, Conner, is amazing and should be given a raise, promotion, or reward of some sort!!! My husband and I ordered on the Mobile App. When I got to the restaurant they had a sign saying smoothies and frappes were unavailable. We ordered one of each and my card had already been charged. He gave me a refund on both the smoothie and frappe and made me a large iced coffee free of charge!! He even made sure I liked it before I drove away! Best customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s!! Conner is doing great things!!
