Ihop - Winston-Salem

Basically I was bicycling near the IHOP restaurant and past by this restaurant. They have good food I assume it's been at least 20+ yrs. Since I have visited this restaurant, but I go give this establishment a good rating I understand they have the best breakfast and pancakes, you just haven't has a taste of my cooking that all, but they are a establishment that we all respect and patronize here in Winston-Salem NC. If they added fish to their menu then I most definitely would try them out. So long story short I am honored to have them here as a family eatery in our community, peace and love to you all.have a bless day all of you.

I had a delivery and they gave me shaped pancakes that's rediculouss. Inattentive and disgusting. I'll never eat here again and I don't recommend you either. They are rude, as if there was no possibility of the person who did this, I did not see that they had to. Wow, I'm DONE.

We waited an hour and 15 minutes. still not eating. refresh them several times. they apologised for waiting because they had many door Dash orders. Maybe we should have done the door dash from home?. we remember to order the delivery of door dash to our table. Babys crying at other tables, I guess they also have starving. my dad called the restaurant from our table to tell the manager. useful. .so is a part of our food now (one or two teller at a time.) most of our orders are incorrect and incomplete, but we do not care about it because we are very hungry. Oh, and eating is cold. but again we have hunger. I guess it takes more time to serve cold food. my nephew ordered speck, but got sausage. we told the server they brought him more. Last time I checked, overheard eggs shouldn't be casual. we had to ask the next table to borrow their sirup. we have forgotten to order additional serviettes with our food, but we have to do with those they have given us. I hear the elders who say the same thing I write. I suggest that this place recommends its worst enemy. I wish we could make negative stars. P.S. on the way out we saw a lot of empty tables, a long line on the door and IHOP staff outside on a smoke break. that would be creepy if it weren't so pathetic.

A little wait when we went there because the girls' seats had to run the register and they wanted the ticket to be shared so they got the manager and he didn't know how to him so that he grabbed the waiter to fix it. After finally taking place, it only looked to wait staff, both with too many tables to take care of themselves. Our waitress was very pleasant when she finally made it to our tables, she took our drinks order and after a few rounds back to take our order, but still no drinks. While we gave our order, the manager interrupted them to sit more guests. And tried to tell her where she could and could not sit. So we just went out with the party of 8 waiting for a place. The staff did everything they could do, and the manager stood around, not ready to give a hand. I saw our waitress waiting for tables, brought out food, cleaned up tables and tried to sit people at a time. Personally, if you had a decent management team, you could help. I told the manager to give the girl help instead of stopping her in the middle of an order. That was dismaying for my family when we spoke. He said he did his job to train people

I waited an hour to get my food. I walked in even though employees looked at me not a one came to see if I needed any help. My fries were cold and I only work 6 minutes away from IHOP. I was one of the lucky ones to get there food. There was people sitting there waiting at the door way before I came in and still sitting there after I got my food and left. If I had not paid and just went there to eat I would have just went to McDonald's where I could have gotten better and faster service. I understand there is places that are short staffed but when you see someone walk in acknowledge them and see if they need help instead of just looking at them and walking off.
