I had the raw lasagne. I was impressed. I am a vegan cook, I have to succeed with limited almost unexistent expectations. the court was well joined together. flavours were balanced. the Ricotta coins were a little in texture. I think they could be better directed at their others, as the cured sweet, which was not raw was not somewhere near a curry court and was much too salty as reported by a member of my party. you try to roast brittle sowing, giving a clear lection about how to not cook. the sprouts were edible, but not really roasted and the calf bed on which they sat showed how the use of a broiler after east will only burn the calf. unless people ask the courts this means visiting the restaurant they cannot improve. so visit them, post-snd encourage them to offer more vegan vegetation. whole options on the basis of food plants.

My wife and I try to eat at diamondback weekly. there are half dozen vegan options on the menu as well as a special at many nights. the kitchen will customize the products to be vegan if possible. the staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are fair in view of the quality and quantity of dishes. the most important of all: eating is delicious.
