There were a few people ahead of us, but it quickly became apparent that the fast food staff were not interested in assisting customers. Despite waiting for 10 minutes, we were never acknowledged. We also noticed that the restaurant had received an 88% health rating. This establishment had been previously shut down by the health department, but it doesn't appear that any improvements have been made. It is best to avoid this place if you value your health and want to be treated respectfully by more attentive employees.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service at this restaurant is extremely unsatisfactory. The man working the drive-thru at 8 o'clock this morning should be fired and never work in customer service again. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but cursing at someone for requesting extra sauce and making inappropriate comments about paying with a debit card is completely unacceptable. I know it's been difficult to find and keep good employees after COVID, but let's be honest - some people just aren't cut out for working with the public. Better standards are needed.
The restaurant is severely understaffed. When you drive up to order, the cashier quickly informs you of the available chicken options and sides. They only operate from 7 am to 7 pm due to their limited staffing situation. The owner of the establishment should consider stepping in to assist. I visited for breakfast on 10/28/21 and noticed more staff on duty. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
This place is completely unacceptable. How did it receive a score of 88? I placed an order today and when I went to pay, the score was even worse than it was in June and July earlier this year. If it weren't for the other people in the car, I would have left immediately. The restaurant was understaffed and it took 10 to 14 minutes to receive our food, which was not fresh after such a long wait. I know some people who have given good reviews, but my experience was terrible. Even without past bad experiences with the staff, they gave us dirty looks when we placed our order at the drive-thru, only to have to go inside to have everything we ordered reheated. This is the worst restaurant in the area. Please, just sell it.
“We close at 9 so that the grill is out.” I say 45 minutes before they close. lol, they get what they pay with these employees. also nice 87.5 sanitation rating.
