Arigato Japanese Steak Seafood House

The service was incredible, especially for a busy Friday night, but I really want to highlight the chef. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was a laid-back older gentleman who prepared my salmon, scallops, and filet to perfection. Everything was cooked just right, not a bit overdone. My salmon was crispy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside—exactly how I love it, and I didn't even need to specify. He was also very accommodating to the other guests at our table, who had several special requests.

I made a reservation for my mother-in-law's birthday and found a piece of red hair in my salad. The waitress removed the salad from the bill and mentioned that my meal would be discounted, but they only took off $5. When I requested their 1-800 number, that's when the management finally came over. Unfortunately, he wasn't very accommodating either. If you're automatically adding gratuity to the bill, you should definitely be more responsive to customer concerns! I will never return and do not recommend this restaurant.

First,let me say the food itself was decent. However, the experience was Awful!! Our reservation was at 7:30om.We didn't sit at our table until 9pm!!There was no where to sit while we waited,the portion sizes were terrible. I stopped taking pictures because I wanted to leave????????Won't be back.

Without a doubt, THE ABSOLUTE BEST Japanese restaurant! Their white sauce is like no other! Ive been coming here since I was barely a teenager and every other place I try, disappoints and doesn?t even come close! Highly, highly recommend! The only downside is they no longer have the sponge cakes at the end of your meal.. havent for a while) but that?s due to the company who manufactured them, went out of business. Sadly.. because those were seriously the best things

Gary was an absolutely fantastic server! I truly appreciated his kindness towards my sons and me. The food was delicious, but it seemed like the chef wasn't in the best mood during our visit. I had hoped to show my son how lively the cooking staff usually are, especially since it was his birthday, but that enthusiasm was missing tonight. I recommend making reservations, as they were quite busy on a Wednesday; however, we were fortunate to be seated fairly quickly without one. The ladies at the front were also very sweet. As someone who has worked in the service industry for a while, I can appreciate the effort that goes into a good dining experience.
