Applebee's Grill - Winston-Salem

At this restaurant, there is usually a wait to be seated. When we arrived, the person who eventually approached us was already talking to someone else. Despite the sign instructing guests to wait for the hostess, it seemed like this person chose to continue their conversation with someone at the bar instead of seating us promptly. The wait was not too long, but it was disappointing to feel overlooked in that moment.

My visit at this location was pretty good. When my guest and I walked inside through the front entrance we were greeted by a nice hostess, and she quickly had us seated in a comfortable booth. There were several TVs all around the walls near the bar, and a good variety of sports games being shown. It didn't take our waitress to take our orders. She had our drinks handed out to us in a good timely matter. I ordered an alc64oholic beverage, as well as a chicken appetizer and the southwest chicken bowl, for my entree. My entree was very good and well presented. My guest and I were impressed with our food, and the customer service, we will gladly return.
