Pizza Hut - Winston Salem

I placed an online order for carryout at 6:10p. I was informed my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pickup our order 20 minutes after it was placed. Upon arriving, he found out part of our order was given to another customer. He ended up waiting 25 minutes at the restaurant for our order to be completed. In total, that is exactly 45 minutes after our order was placed. To make matters worse, one of the managers were totally rude and unprofessional towards my husband. He explained how long he had waited and that part of our order had been given away, which took longer for our order to be completed. He then proceeded to ask for marinara sauce, and the manager slung the marinara sauce across the counter at my husband. I understand Saturdays can be busy and things can get crazy, but this type of behavior is uncalled for. THEN, after arriving at home, we realized our order was wrong. I called to report the issue, and I spoke with a polite gentleman that ended up remaking our entire order (we found out later that this was one of the other managers). This rectified the entire situation and brought my review rating from a one star to a four star. *I would also like to add that the food was really good. It was just the one manager that seemed to be pretty awful to deal with.

We go here often and it’s alaays good so this does not reflect the people who work there. They are nice! Now coupons?? I tried using coupons we got in the mail, and all of them said that store doesn’t honor them. I even filled out the survey on the back for 10 dollars off. It then said that store doesn’t honor that either. it was kind of annoying. Edit:came here again, they were super nice, the wings tasted awesome and fresh and the sanitation rate is up. Despite it being Super Bowl they had their stuff together!! Edit 2. what I ordered online for some reason is not what it printed. I double checked my order from online when I got home and sure enough I had order wings, 1 pizza and a cookie with the total of 26 bucks and some change. But when I got there it had said 2 pizzas and a cookie. Weird but they were still nice despite me being a little difficult and they got my wings out considerably fast for it to be so sudden. Food was good. I think people just need to give them an unbiased chance

Service was great! Greeted us at door and got our drink order within 2 mins. Fresh pizza came out regularly and the pasta was fresh. Hostess and wait staff worked the floor with the customers. Very very nice lunch for $4.99!!!

I visited this Pizza Hut for the first time, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! I will definitely eat there again!

I just placed a delivery order for a white pizza, but when it arrived, it had red sauce. I called the restaurant, and the manager promptly sent us the correct order. I must say, this is excellent customer service!
