Warm Mediterranean Salad - This was my first visit, and the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the menu to me. You can customize your salad in a Subway-style manner, choosing exactly what you want. They only offer canned diet soda, not fountain drinks. The salad was delicious, and I plan to return to try more options!

I've been visiting the location in Winston-Salem for the past six months, and it feels like my salad is consistently being prepared incorrectly or not as I've requested. I usually order a Mexican salad, sometimes with chicken and sometimes without. I place my order online so it's ready for me when I arrive, as I'm a general manager at a local restaurant. However, when I pick it up and drive back to my restaurant, it’s never correct. This has resulted in wasted time—15 minutes—and money—$10!

I usually don't write reviews or complain about restaurants, but I seriously thought about going inside to ask for a refund after my experience. The food was nothing like what was advertised online; it didn't taste fresh at all, and the toppings were minimal. The avocado I ordered came at an extra cost, and it was rock hard and completely unripe. Honestly, save your time and choose another place.

I have ordered in store and came out perfectly. Ordered Mexicali vegan with additional grilled chicken (which you pay extra for) and got home to no chicken. Don?t skimp on what the customer pays for please. Especially when someone is paying $16 for a salad. Check your bag before you leave- beware of this when/if you DoorDash it as well.

I love their salads, so healthy and delicious. I believe more people should come and dine here. Wonderful staff.
