Przekaż informację zwrotnąShowed up on a Sunday morning waited 10min to be seated .. my white neighbor in suit got served within 5 min we .. waiter kept giving us an eye ..took her 1.5hrs when we asked the manager who would be serving us ..server-old lady in glasses that walks fast..took her 30 more minutes to bring the food out and was the wrong order. Perkins get another server please
I had breakfast there today and the food was delicious, my server was Heather who was amazing! They all did an incredible work even tho they were short help!! It's too bad they have a team leader named Sheryl who didn't even react to me when I told her that food and service were great. I asked her if she even heard me and she reacted, you said the food was good. This is... no smile or even a thank you for the compliment! I understand the pressure under which she was standing, but if you get friendly words from a customer, be grateful to help her team appreciate yourself!!! Great work on the whole team!! XOXO
I will never come back to this Perkins, for one we weren’t greeted at all. Secondly I was being side eyed the entire time by whoever the angry manager was upfront. And once she asked for my name she clearly had an attitude and was very unprofessional. Once she called our names she made us seat ourselves, which was suprising because she seated everyone before us with no issue. So my family and I decided to leave, and eat somewhere else. The racism was clear and uncalled for, and I will never spend my money at this establishment.
That was a great happy surprise. Manager has introduced our server chase. Chase was fabulous. Everything came hot and delicious. Country fried steak was tasteful. We even ordered desert to take home, per our server recommendation. overall and overall win. Surely it'll be back.
