We order from this restaurant frequently because we are within walking distance and can convince our 15-year-old to walk and pick it up. The food is consistently delicious and they always label everything, which not all Subways do. Today, my husband and I ordered just one sandwich to share and it was the best sandwich I've ever had in my life (from Subway, no less). Thank you to everyone at the restaurant, you all are amazing!

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff does not follow instructions and often forgets to include paid extras like extra meat or drinks and chips. Every time we order from here, they make mistakes. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to, and unfortunately it is the only one in my area. I would rather drive over 20 minutes to a different location with better-educated staff.

Worst. I place my order through the App, the order showed delivered to store and my credit card was charged. When I arrived, the app showed technical difficulties. Although I was charged the store did not receive my order. So far, everything is perfectly reasonable. Technical issues happen and the bank refunds the money. It 's not an uncommon issue with the subway app.What happened next was ridiculous. Instead of taking my order as they would with another customer, I was given pieces of paper with abbreviated names of their menu items. I was told to rewrite my order. She had to help me select the abbreviated names to go with my sandwiches. And i was told my only choice of bread was flat or white. It 's all they had available. There 's 3 employees, I still don 't understand why I 'm writing my order on paper. Once I finished their job. As my white bread is coming out of the toaster a new customer was placing his order. He wanted white bread. He was told and showed the white bread was too old and hard to be served. She wasn 't going to serve something bad. He would need to choose wheat.The same women who just told me my My Only options were white or flat.Wheat is what I originally ordered. She doubled the cheese on the young man 's sandwich for free because he had to choose wheat bread.His fresh wheat is being sliced as my, in her words, too old and hard to be served, white bread was being pulled from the toaster. My sandwiches were completed. I paid again and took my drink. The only semi logical purpose i had come up with for having to write my odrer. They needed a paper trail of app errors. That logic went up in smoke when my paper orders thrown away.I will give her credit. The white bread was too old and hard to eat.

Normally good every once and a while it's ehh don't call in orders they don't get em right all the time but it's good
