Worst service I 've seen in a long time. I placed my order online to hopefully ensure my food would be ready when I arrived. Ordered at about 5:00 before leaving the office. The app said my order would be done around 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 to ensure it was ready because I knew they were never quick. When I walked in they had three people working. Not only was my order not ready, they haven 't even seen my order was placed. So I watched as one played on her cell phone, the other looking around like she didn 't know which way was up. Then the manager was getting more chicken ready to cook because they were out. So long story short. Food ordered online at approximately 5pm, arrived at 5:20 and no food, finally I was able to get my food around 5:45. No sauces for anything because they were out of everything. So if you want to wait 45 mins for food that isn 't worth the money and, watch a show of incompetence then this is the place. If you want Fast food that is actually eatable, and competent employees then find a new place to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came here for a liver meal and I had to set waiting in the sun for about twenty minutes or more. Then I called on the inside to complain about them making me wait so long, and that person that answered the phone says to me, I will tell them. We need faster working people in a fast phone restaurant. Know one should ever have to wait that long for an order.

The service was very slow but it was understandable due to the low amount of staff and the amount of orders that they were receiving. Food was very good and the dining area was clean even with the short staff.
