Tim Hortons - Winnipeg

I sat at Horton's at 6:00 PM and had coffee. The staff was unprofessional, which was disappointing.

The individuals working at this restaurant exhibit discriminatory behavior based on race, despite being people of color themselves. However, they show great respect towards Africans. Numerous complaints have been made, but the owner has not taken direct action.

The new prices at this restaurant are a bit steep, now matching those of a high-end coffee shop. However, the quality of the food has not improved. Can they justify these prices with subpar dishes? When I called to inquire about the prices, the management said they were still being reviewed. This lack of transparency does not bode well for customer service.

I ordered stepped tea double double they gave me regular double double totally disgusting and wastage of time and money why they don’t pay attention

Overall, this location is good. Staff is friendly and usually even if they're is a long line in the drive through, it goes fast. My one complaint is: my bagel is often burnt in spots, and it is literally NEVER cut through properly.
