Tim Hortons - Winnipeg

The staff at this restaurant lack customer service skills. The woman working at the register is rude, disrespectful, and serves customers in a discriminatory manner. They even make fun of customers for their language barriers. Additionally, they do not treat all customers equally.

Tim Hortons is the worst in the city. One of the employees asked me not to use the restroom because he assumed I hadn't ordered anything. He was extremely rude and arrogant. Is it required to make a purchase before using the restroom? They really need to improve their customer service. It's disappointing to have had this experience with them.

When I used to work in this area, the restaurant provided a near-perfect experience for several years. I never encountered any issues with my orders. However, since the renovations and change of staff, I have experienced multiple problems with my orders and the service has become slow. The restaurant has gone from being the best in the city to just average. Although this review is from some time ago, recent reviews suggest that the situation has not improved. If there are any changes in the future, I will be sure to update this review.

I usually go there, and there is guy with turban I guess his name is kulveer. He is so polite and nice. Provide the best customer service always.

Lady who made my coffee and let me into the bathroom was very friendly and kind, made sure it was clean first and made my coffee perfect. Just the kind of experience I expect from Tim's
