We ended up waiting 45 minutes for three orders to be served, and this is with me constantly inquiring about the status of theorder. After 45 minutes only three people received their order. One person left with no food and had to wait additional 5minutes to receive fried potatoes and sausages without eggs! They said they would bring eggs in five minutes because 50 minuteswere not enough to cook the eggs with potatoes. Then in another 5 minutes a general manager Sassy if I recall her name correctlybrought me my eggs on a separate plate and said that they would do something about the bill. Please see the photo of my foodthat I waited for 50 minutes (without eggs because it was not enough time to cook it) , please see the complexity of the mealand ask yourself if you would like to wait 50 minutes for such a meal. Also please see how much you got to pay for such aservice and see how much a word of a general manager is worth (the bill that she supposedly took care of)
Enjoyed a wonderful chicken burger, taziki sauce was delicious, side order of garlic mushrooms were very rich and delightful. Will be having another self-care day here again ?

The service at this store started to make me very uncomfortable. I am a Chinese, and I have brought many friends to have dinner at Stella. We like the taste of the food and the environment of the restaurant. But the last two dining experiences have been very poor. My friend and I just got off the plane in early August and we came here tired and hungry and looking for something to eat. We'd like a window seat. Only two window seats were occupied at the time. The waiter said that the boss had a meeting and needed a window seat. But there were no people at the seven or eight large tables near the window, and there were many small tables near the window. We were told not to sit. There are two of us in total. Not many customers and we waited a long time for someone to serve us. The mysterious boss and his partner did not show up in the restaurant until we finished eating and left. The second time was last week when I had a bad cold. I eat with a mask on because I have a cough, but I don't want to infect others. They made me take off my mask to see my face for no reason while I was waiting for my meal. This confused me, I was clearly coughing and just quietly waiting to eat. I don't understand what this rude request is for. Did the waitress think there was an ak47 hidden under my face mask? Or does my English-speaking accent sound like I have a dagger in my mouth?? I was annoyed but obliged politely as I had bad cold and I didn't want to argue too much with the waitress.To be honest, thinking back on those two dining experiences now makes me feel uncomfortable. As a customer, I hope you will do a good job in retraining your employees.
