Updated to add: this location closed permanently on July 21, 2023. Very sad as there are no longer any corporate Starbucks locations in downtown Winnipeg.

My sister (Cassie) ordered my usual drink for me through her Uber eats as she usually does. This is the second time where my drink did not taste right and I’ve ordered it many times before.Today I’ve found a rubber piece black piece after taking a sip. I will not be ordering from here again and neither will my sister.

I haven’t been to starbucks for years until yesterday and decidedly won’t be back. putting one star because it’s unfathomable to me that one of the biggest companies in the world is not paying their employees livable wages, and resorts to pressuring a low income community to tip instead.
