Pizza Hut - Winnipeg

Their pizza wasn't very good. didn't have good flavour. Sooooo much grease! The only good part about the pizza was the crust. Made my friend very sick.

Called this location to place an order but they just hung up on me. Called them on a different number to place the order and they talked in the most rude way possible. Terrible employee.

Worst Pizza Hut experience to date. Waited 3 hours for a pizza order for it not to arrive, for customer service to say that “Pizza Hut is closed” while also wasting the time of a poor DoorDash driver that couldn’t take other orders in the mean time. It became news to me that Pizza Hut uses DoorDash delivery drivers even when you’ve placed the order directly on the Pizza Hut website but because of that the driver waited and waited he requested I cancel the order in the DoorDash app however this is not something you can do when you place the order directly from the website. This was no fault of DoorDash or the driver. After tons of back and forth, I got confirmation that the Pizza Hut was in fact open but having troubles managing orders due to the busy weekend evening. Customer service for Pizza Hut is atrocious to say the least. Such a shame after 3 hours of waiting had to order Papa John’s that came in 30 minutes!

Came here for the deal of the day and was super disappointed not enough sauce or toppings. Pretty much a glorified bread stick and it was also cold. Lost a customer for life. Also maybe get new staff and management cuz they are annoying unless your there people peace out Northgate pizza hut.
