Pizza 21st Century - Winnipeg

During Christmas drop in to order pasta sheets and was offered Red and Green ones Order them, and went next door to have a bite while we waited.

Incredible pizza! Always crisp and delicious. I'm biased though.__They also make pasta.

Well I tried a new pizza place and I had a large 14 inch meatlovers pizza on thin crust but I added fresh tomatoes because I like that . And I tried a large simple chicken and pineapple on a regular crust. I have to say I ordered online and received a knock on my door 25 minutes after I placed the order. Was almost a half hour sooner than I expected it. Crust was delicious crisp and chewy and the only one I have had better is Red Ember. Tons of toppings and thick cheese (I ordered extra but I like that also. Fantastic sauce it was a fresh garden style tomato sauce. Lots of flavour and just the right amount ... too much sauce is just messy and not enough leaves a pizza dry and lifeless. The cost was average for a pizza of this calibre but a good pizza from a mom and pop type place is worth the money. 2 large pizzas manually ordered with a total of 9 toppings for 23 dollars a pizza including the tax and delivery. The only thing negative I habe to say is that the side bacon was just not as crispy as I prefer but it was well cooked I just prefer mine more well done and witht the style of pizza that is a preference thing and not a flaw in their artistry. 5 stars I will definitely be ordering from there again.
