McDonald's - Winnipeg

I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. I went on September 7th around 8:20 and ordered salted fries and ketchup from the drive-thru. As a vegetarian, it goes against my beliefs to eat non-vegetarian food. However, they gave me poutine fries instead. When I went inside to inform them, one of the staff members rudely asked me why I had eaten it. This behavior was unacceptable and showed that the drive-thru staff is poorly trained. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Today I drove to McDonald’s to purchase my child a big Mac with ketchup and cheese. Only I receive a fully dressed big Mac and so I tell the girl at the window that it’s wrong and she says I’ll go make you another just keep that one! I said that’s great I can give it to the homeless guy on the corner, she then asked me to pull up to the next window to wait. They send a guy out to retrieve the wrong big Mac . He says because they have to throw it in the garbage. When I explain to him there’s a homeless man on the corner I will give it to him to eat. He goes back in next thing I know the managers at the window informing me to give him the Big Mac. I told him why are you gonna throw this away when I can feed somebody a human a individual that’s hungry, he insists I give him the big Mac, so I do, but what??Kid-friendliness: They

I love this McD's.. The fries are always freshly fried, always worth the extra drive(I live right next to a different McD's and their freshly fried french fries are a hit or a miss, you can tell when they double fry them, and they do it a lot.. . Burger have been good too, I've never been served flat cheeseburgers here yet. Finally the coke, this location adds extra syrup or something, because it is noticeably better then the McD's by my place.

The store closes at 12am as showing on Google. But the manager there was so rude and aggressive that she didn’t even bother listening to the customers and locks the door at 11pm. She thinks like she owns the place. So disrespectful…

The two female hostesses and the girl who took my order at the counter all did an excellent job. They were very friendly, greeting customers as they entered and left. The dining area was clean and I had a great breakfast experience here. Well done! Kid-friendly: Separate play area for children.
