Jollibee - Winnipeg

Poor customer service, staff needs products re- orientation. 9/2/23 My family and I ordered buckets of chicken , spag, palabok , burger and pies but crew didn’t bother to offer drinks can be bought as one with palabok, spag or burger thus ended up paying individually. Well that doesn’t cost much of an individual purchase for those drinks but i believe good customer service comes by offering customers product at its best value , didn’t even bother to gave plates since we ate dine in. went back again a day after, 9/3/23 for dinner, bought the almost the same products except for spag and burger. Staff offered to charge palabok with drinks, that’s so courteous for the staff that night. Its not much of a savings though, but glad for her kindness, she has also the initiative to offer and gave plates to dine in customers. Kudos to the staff on 9/3/23 dinner, service was great. But 9/2/23, nope…

Spaghetti is great. Chicken is good, but not better than KFC. Service is slow, even when lines are short.

Well that smiling Jollibee logo finally got the better of me! Me and my guest were looking for a quick bite, but not the usual 'fast food ' locations, so we stopped here to see what they had to offer.We were not disappointed!We each got the Chicken Deluxe Sandwich combo, although mine was the spicy version. The food was served hot and in a reasonable amount of time. The location was clean...including the washroom.We will definitely be back to see if this wasn 't just a one-off!!A special shout-out to the staff who genuinely appeared to enjoy their work!

They didn't have any spicy chicken or rice?! I don't normally post negative type reviews. I only do it now hoping that the problem will be fixed. This happens often at this location. Staff is friendly.

Had the regular and spicy chicken, mashed potatoes and fries.Really like the chicken. Enjoyed it much better than KFC and Popeyes.Kids really liked the pineapple quencher. Reminds me of drinking the pineapple juice of a can of dole pineapple.Overall, very good for a fast food chain.
