Feast Cafe Bistro - Winnipeg

First review feast and it was a really nice experience from eating to service. Only observation is that it is quite cool in the restaurant (we sat near the door, but the air in the room was cold. I will not stop from returning:

Very disappointing. We asked what was best on the menu, and we ordered it, the salad was saggy, the bread for the burger was cold and chewing. The Bannock was the worst thing we've ever had, it felt that it was frozen and reheated, but it wasn't even, some parts were still cold. We're not going back.

With me and I saw the cooking owner on a cooking competition show on TV, where she was one of the judges. We were thrilled to hear about the restaurant and love to support local talents. We were not disappointed, nor our friends we brought. The 4 of us go out to eat in a restaurant once a month and enjoy new places and new cuisine. Loved it, loved it!! Service was very good, our waiter was tight and played along with our humor, the food was served very quickly and tasty. We'll be back.

Fantastic presentation of all our Bison dinner...lasagna, 4 sets ribs and a burger. The burger was obviously nothing special to write home, but the rest of us were all ecstatic with out-selection taste and coating.

Excellent value, good and service. Casual and friendly and different than any other menu in town. Highly recommend.
