Besides the delicious eating were the people who work so sweet for my small child! he cried because he let his last frit fall, and they quickly brought him back and another Oreo pack. speak them above and beyond!

Have previously had issues with the salad and had real action taken by the company to correct it. Returned for some good hand made chicken fingers and was happy with my food. Haven't ordered the salad yet again but that will be next on the list to see if they followed through!

The service was very good. Server told us it would be 20 mins for food. I guessed it had something to do with Skip the dishes orders. We said that was fine as we were not in a rush. Also, we did not want them to rush the order. The food was brought to our table in what we thought was under 20 mins, pleasant surprise. Now for the food experience. The California burger was ok, the patty was a bit flavorless and I thought it was not seasoned. It looked a little undercooked, slightly pink. They were very busy, that is why we said no rush. Onion rings were very fresh and hot, not much flavour but ok. California veggie burger in lettuce wrap was also ok but not a lot of flavour. Been to Fatburger over by Sterling Lyon parkway and Kenaston area, remember the Angus beef burger being more flavourful. Overall the service was very good and the food was just ok. For $30 the burgers should have been better. May give it another try, but there are lots of other choices for burgers in the area.

I had a skip order tonight. It was mostly good. The downside would be that they were really skimpy on the lettuce...not usually an issue when in the restaurant. There were no red onions on the burger as indicated and the wrapping really squishes the burger down a size. I feel like the quality changes greatly from in store to delivery but it's still a quality burger made fresh and the bacon is delicious and hot. The curly fries with seasoning could have had a bit more as I could barely taste the Cajun seasoning at all. The gravy is delicious and again, everything arrived hot so they time out their orders nicely to match the drivers arrival, which I think is important. When I want a special burger that has a home made feel, this is my go to.

Was a very good fast food burger place. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Came and checked that we had everything that we needed.
