The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, enhanced by cozy sofas, wooden tables, and calming music. All in all, it was a delightful experience. Moreover, the prices are quite reasonable, given the generous portions and high quality of the food we enjoyed.

We started with the spicy and sour soup, which had a flavorful broth, but we were surprised to see that most of the ingredients were already in the bowl, apart from the noodles and a piece of pork that was quite smoky. Although the noodles were unlimited, we weren't asked if we wanted refills, and after our meals arrived, the staff mostly left us to manage on our own. While we could have requested more, not everyone may feel comfortable doing that, so if this is a concern for you, it might not be the ideal spot to visit. The restaurant seems to attract a significant Asian clientele, and with their non-MSG soup prices, they are likely to continue thriving. Despite some service issues, I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5 for the excellent value and pricing. The friendly staff mainly focused on delivering the food. **Pro Tip:** When you see a staff member walking around with a hot pot, they announce it in Mandarin (I believe). We thought they were indicating "hot pot," but we weren't entirely sure. So, if you hear something being repeated multiple times, it's best to step aside! Regarding parking, there is a medium-sized lot available, but be aware that it is shared with several busy businesses.

The food lacked flavor and the portion sizes were quite small. On my most recent visit, the floor was dirty, the table was sticky, and the condiments had a strong smell and unusual taste, indicating they may have gone bad. I don’t plan to return to this restaurant.

The menu was somewhat confusing at first, but it got better as we continued. The food was average; the broth was acceptable, and the service was surprisingly quick for a weekend! Overall, it didn't leave a strong impression on me.
