Lunch buffet was alright. Not sure how fresh it was. The chicken was halal, extra points for that.

Food was good,the price was right. Nice place for a casual lunch.

The food on the buffet both tasted and smelt good but didn't look good as it had been not been stirred for a while. Service was friendly , but they had no beer and could only offer wine, Whiskey or rum.

There are so many great East Indian restaurants in Winnipeg and this place is NOT one of them. I would not recommend this place. I have been twice (about 1 year apart) and both times was disappointed. The last time I went, the food seemed like it was sitting out for a while, even though it was noon. No chicken in the butter chicken. Glassware and utensils were dirty and stained. Apparently there was a flood in the kitchen (according to the server) and as a result, they could not make naan bread. He did offer us roti, which was inconsistent each time it was brought out. We were also charged extra for this, which was not mentioned beforehand. I asked for drinks and never received them. It was not that busy in the restaurant. The washrooms were not clean and there was loud music blaring throughout our meal, which was odd and annoying. There are so many better places to go. There needs to be some change in management, as no one who thinks this is an acceptable way to run a restaurant, should be running a restaurant.

The food was mostly okay tasting, but had clearly been out a long time. It was really uncomfortable, it wasn’t even clear that the restaurant was open, and once entering it felt very unwelcoming. I can’t even justify why we chose to stay and eat there, it was weird. There was nobody else there, we very intermittently saw people come through from the kitchen, but there was otherwise nobody to ask for thing water or naan. Nothing in the buffet was labelled. We ate quickly and left. Not friendly staff. Food not worth the awkwardness and the buffet was very minimal. The meat dishes were tough and dry. Nope, nope. Nope.
