Ordered a Meatlovers, was told $30 for delivery! Waited over an hour and a half for delivery! When arrived they demanded $40 for it! Not amused!

Was staying at a local hotel and wanted a pizza deliveredI phoned the place, said it was for delivery and ordered one medium pizza.
