Burger King - Winnipeg

A very pleasant experience, fast service and my burger was very nicely prepared and hot.

Burger King will always be KingHow ever the service was at an all time low, they forgot to give me my sauce I paid for my drink I realized this at separate time so I had to make 2trips back into the resturant.. clearly a dinner break of aggravation.?

My son was at this location on Saturday. Before he left he stopped to use the restroom and found a man lying on thr floor unconscious. He yelled for staff to call 911 and proceeded with CPR. He saw a drink cup on the counter with no moisture on the outside of it so he had been there for awhile. There was also drug paraphernalia next to it. The staff needs to be aware of who comes and leaves instead of talking behind the counter and check restrooms more often. Its not a busy location.

Hello my Today 's visit was a true joyful! The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The fries were crispy and very good. The burger and toppings were fresh and offered a gentle crunch. I really impressed! There was a guy his name was RAMAN he is very nice and polite with Good etiquette 's i will say super customer service representative. Thankyou so much. 10/10

Very bad experience at this location, I was waiting to pick up my order for atleast 15 minutes. The guy working inside saw when I was at the window but didnot came to ask anything didnot even told me the time he needs to prepare the food..Just my request to manager to train them how to do customer service at work.
