Przekaż informację zwrotnąOur server basically ignored our table when she went to serve others and to take all the others order. we arrived just like another table (and even managed to get our order sooner than it) but this other table managed to end their entire meal experience and we had just been eating. the food was also staggered and not all came at the same time. we had a good experience here, but this server has completely disregarded our table in the round.
Our server said she’d get/do something and returned to forget or not actually do it. She didn’t seem interested in our table for an unknown reason and it showed. Wouldn’t come back with a family for this specific server. Food was good though. No surprises there since we’ve ordered from Boston pizza in the past. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced from BP

The restaurant was crowded (as usual) but our waitress Julia took the time to suggest alternatives to some of the dishes we ordered that would have been too spicy for us. She came back to our table several times to see if everything was OK...and was right there to refill our drink glasses. The food was great, service fast and out food came out in a very short time. We had the Yam fries as an appetizer and because we did not want the chipotle sauce she suggested and brought us 2 alternatives. Best fries ever. The pizzas were great as well and Julia was right there with 2 takeout boxes for us and got us a bag for them when she noticed us leaving the restaurant.
Lunch consisted of 1 six inch pizza, a side Caesar salad, 1 coffee, 1 eight inch pizza and a glass of water. Cost $29 plus tip. Way too expensive. The six inch pizza had 3 toppings. This included 4 pepperoni slices, 4 curled pieces...of green pepper and 1 thinly sliced mushroom. Salad consisted of perhaps 3 pieces of Romaine lettuce, 10 small croutons, a dusting of parmesan and a tablespoon of bacon bits. The eight inch was a bbq chicken pizza. Ordinary and average, barely average. The service was good.
